Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. This is standard practice for print-on-demand products. Please check our size guide before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices.
When We Do Offer Refunds or Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly provide a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (misprints, tears, stains)
- You received the wrong item or wrong size
- Your item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
- Your order is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through our contact page with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (required for damaged/defective items - we cannot process a claim without it)
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us.
Cancellations
Since production begins immediately after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, the item may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
