Three days for the calendar
The 2026 Rogue Invitational is announced for Friday 23 through Sunday 25 October at P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland. Rogue’s website and the venue’s calendar agree on the dates and location. This will be the event’s eighth edition and its third consecutive year in Aberdeen. This preview was checked on 12 October: the competition weekend has not happened yet.
What the event brings together
Rogue’s announcement includes individual CrossFit, Strongman and Strongwoman. It lists a CrossFit field of 20 men and 20 women, with Jeffrey Adler and Laura Horvath among the announced names. These are separate competitions within one event; a Strongman leaderboard should not be read as the CrossFit standings. If you are new to this world, choosing one division and following its leaderboard is an easy way to find your bearings.
What to watch when it starts
Our viewing suggestion is to observe how athletes distribute effort: opening pace, transitions and maintaining movement as fatigue builds. Compare participants in the same test under the same announced conditions. This is a viewing guide, not a claim about exercises or loads that are not described here. An elite event’s program is also not a workout to copy in your gym without adaptation.
